NYLATRON series products are a series of modified nylon products. NYLATRON series products mainly include: NYLATRON MC901, NYLATRON GSM, NYLATRON NSM, NYLATRON GS, NYLATRON 703XL and other products.

NYLATRON MC901 has eye-catching blue color, higher toughness, better flexibility and fatigue resistance than ordinary nylon. It has been proved to be an excellent material for gears, racks and transmission gears. Available in NYLATRON MC901 sticks and NYLATRON MC901 plates.

NYLATRON® GSM is gray-black in color and contains molybdenum disulfide powder, which can improve its load-bearing capacity and wear resistance without affecting the impact resistance and fatigue resistance of unmodified cast nylon. It is very widely used to manufacture gears, bearings, star wheels and bushings. NYLATRON GSM sticks and NYLATRON GSM plates are available.

NYLATRON® NSM is a proprietary cast nylon 6 formulation that contains solid lubricants, making the material self-lubricating, excellent friction, outstanding wear resistance and pressure velocity capability (5 times that of ordinary cast nylon ). Particularly suitable for moving parts running at higher speeds in lubricated environments, it is the perfect match for oil-impregnated ERTALON® LFX nylon and is available in gray.

NYLATRON GS, the color is dark gray, added molybdenum disulfide, compared with ERTALON® 66 SA nylon, its rigidity, hardness and dimensional stability have been improved, but the impact strength has decreased, and the grains of molybdenum disulfide have formed The effect is to improve the crystal structure, so that the load bearing and wear resistance of the material are improved.

NYLATRON 703XL, purple in color, is a bearing-grade high-performance cast nylon 6 material. Compared with Nylatron NSM, it has better wear resistance and superior pressure-velocity capability.
