What are the main properties of modified PPS plastics

Modified PPS has very low dielectric constant and dielectric loss. Surface resistivity and volume resistivity are not sensitive to changes in frequency, temperature and humidity. Polyphenylene sulfide is an excellent electrical insulating material. Modified PPS plastic has excellent thermal properties. After adding long glass fiber for modification, the thermal performance index is higher.

Modified PPS plastics can also maintain high mechanical properties and dimensional stability under long-term working load and thermal load, and can be used in high temperature stress environments. At the same time, it also has good anti-radiation performance, and its anti-radiation performance reaches Gy 1×108. It is a new material unmatched by other engineering plastics. Moreover, the modified PPS plastic has excellent electrical insulation properties, and the volume resistivity of the PPS grade material with long carbon fiber is relatively low.
