Application Performance Advantages of MC nylon 
 
MC nylon is a new type of engineering plastics, due to its outstanding comprehensive performance, so that its status in engineering plastics is rapidly rising, become an important material, the use of expanding.
 
Properties of MC nylon:
 
(1) High strength, able to withstand loads for a long time;.
 
(2) good resilience, able to bend without deformation, while maintaining toughness, resistance to repeated impacts.
 
(3) Wear-resistant and self-lubricating, providing superior performance to bronze cast iron carbon steel and phenolic laminates in oil-free (or degreased) lubrication applications, reducing consumption and saving energy; 
 
(4) noise absorption, vibration damping, MC nylon modulus is much smaller than metal, the attenuation of vibration is large, providing a practical way to prevent noise better than metal.
 
(5) Compared with metal, MC nylon hardness is low, does not damage the wear parts.
 
(6) Low mc coefficient, providing its friction parts in a wide range of possible applications;.
 
(7) high chemical stability, resistance to alkali, alcohol, ether, hydrocarbons, weak acids, lubricants, detergents, water (seawater), and odorless, non-toxic, tasteless, rust-free, for its wide application in alkali corrosion resistance, environmental health, food, textile printing and dyeing, and other aspects of the use of mechanical parts provides excellent conditions. The maintenance of the machine, saving labor, excellent mechanical cutting and processing performance, improve labor productivity.
 
(8) MC nylon is limited to use in the following environments and media:

b, Strong acid, phenol, sodium chlorate, barium chloride, etc.;
