ERTALON 6 SA achieves the perfect combination of mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical damping performance and wear resistance. These properties, combined with good electrical insulation and chemical resistance, make Ertalon 6 SA a general-purpose material for the manufacture of mechanical and structural parts.

Compared with Ertalon 6 SA, ERTALON 66SA has higher mechanical strength, rigidity, heat resistance and wear resistance. However, its impact strength and mechanical shock absorption are slightly lower. Excellent for machining on automatic lathes.

Compared with ordinary nylon, ERTALON 46 has higher stiffness, creep resistance and heat aging under various temperature conditions. Ertalon 4.6 is therefore suitable for stiffness, creep resistance, heat aging resistance, fatigue strength and wear resistance of PA 6, PA 66, POM and PET in the "higher temperature range" (80 - 150 °C) are clearly underperforming.

Compared with pure Pa66, ERTALON 66GF30 is reinforced by 30% glass fiber and is a thermally stable nylon material with higher strength, stiffness, creep resistance and dimensional stability, as well as outstanding wear resistance. In addition, it allows a higher maximum operating temperature.

The properties of ERTALON 6 PLA unmodified cast nylon 6 are very close to those of ERTALON 66 SA. It has good comprehensive performance, high strength, rigidity and hardness, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat aging resistance and good machinability.

ERTALON 6 XAU+ is a cast nylon with heat dissipation properties. It has a very compact and highly crystalline structure. Compared with traditional extruded nylon or cast nylon, ERTALON 6 XAU+ has strong aging resistance in air (that is, better heat resistance force-oxidizing), allowing continuous operating temperatures 15 - 30 °C higher. We especially recommend using ERTALON 6 XAU+ to manufacture bearings and other wear-resistant mechanical parts, at temperatures above 60°C, the continuous working time in air is very long.

ERTALON LFX is an internally lubricated cast nylon 6, which is a veritable self-lubricating nylon. Compared with standard cast nylon, ERTALON LFX is specially developed for applications that cannot be lubricated, high loads, and low operating speeds. It has a lower coefficient of friction than ordinary nylon (can be reduced by 50%), greatly improves the pressure-velocity capability, and enhances wear resistance (up to 10 times).
