PEEK ball is a special type of ball made of polyether ether ketone (PEEK), which has excellent chemical stability, abrasion resistance, and high temperature resistance.PEEK ball is widely used in various industrial applications, such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, chemical, and medical equipment.

The main performance parameters of PEEK round balls include:
 
1. Density: PEEK round balls have a density of about 1.3 g/cm³, which makes it lightweight and high strength.
 
2. Tensile strength: PEEK round balls have a tensile strength of up to 100 MPa, which makes it capable of withstanding large tensile forces and pressures.
 
3. compressive strength: PEEK balls have a compressive strength of up to 200 MPa, which makes it capable of withstanding large compressive forces.
 
4. Bending Strength: PEEK balls have a bending strength of up to 150 MPa, which allows it to withstand large bending forces.
 
5. Heat deflection temperature: PEEK balls have a heat deflection temperature of up to 250°C, which allows it to maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures.
 
6. Linear Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: PEEK balls have a linear coefficient of thermal expansion of approximately 0.00001 /°C, which allows it to have a small dimensional change during temperature changes.
 
7. Abrasion resistance: PEEK round balls are 10 times more abrasion resistant than steel and maintain their performance even in high temperature and high pressure environments.
 
8. Chemical resistance: PEEK round balls have good resistance to most acids, alkalis and organic solvents.
 
9. high temperature resistance: PEEK round ball in the high temperature environment can still maintain good mechanical properties, its maximum operating temperature up to 250 ℃.
 
10. good mechanical properties: PEEK ball has high strength and stiffness, can withstand greater pressure and impact.
