Performance characteristics of TIVAR series products:

TIVAR 1000 is the standard material for TIVAR series products, available in white, green and black, among which white and green are food-grade products, TIVAR 1000 rods and TIVAR 1000 plates can be provided.

The specifications of TIVAR 1000 rods are: the diameter is from 20mm to 250mm, and the length is 2 meters or 1 meter.

The specification of TIVAR 1000 sheet is: the thickness is from 1mm to 150mm, and the sheet width is 1m*2m or 1.2*3m.

Compared with TIVAR 1000, TIVAR DrySlide sheet has a lower friction coefficient and better wear resistance due to the use of higher molecular weight ultra-high molecular weight Polyethylene (PE-UHMW) and the addition of lubricant components. The additives used make the material antistatic and greatly increase its UV resistance. Colour: Black, available in panels.

TIVAR TECH products have a very high degree of polymerization and contain molybdenum disulfide additives, which makes it have higher wear resistance and sliding properties than TIVAR 1000. Color: dark gray, only available in plates, meeting food contact requirements.

TIVAR DS is a modified ultra-high molecular weight PE-UHMW material with extremely high molecular weight. TIVAR DS adopts a special manufacturing process, which makes it have excellent wear resistance far beyond TIVAR 1000. Color: yellow, only provide plates, meet food contact requirements

TIVAR Ceram P is a PE-UHMW material with better wear resistance. It is added with ceramics and works under high load and high pressure application environments, showing excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. For applications with high loads, high speeds and severe sliding wear, TIVAR Ceram P is the ideal material. It has very high tensile strength and abrasion resistance and has been successfully used in the wood, paper, steel and agricultural industries. Composed of high-purity polymers and high-quality additives, TIVAR Ceram P is drop-resistant, can be used to replace sintered ceramics, and reduces component wear and downtime for machine maintenance. Colour: yellow-green, available in sheets.

Recognized worldwide as a premium lining material for bulk material handling, TIVAR 88 excels in pushing viscous or non-free flowing materials due to its low surface friction. TIVAR 88 lining products are the perfect solution when you encounter difficult discharges such as hopper boxes, storage tanks, hoppers, chutes and pneumatic vehicles, and need to reduce or eliminate arched, tubular and irregular material flows. Facing some more special application environments, Quadrant has developed several proprietary formulations for TIVAR 88, which retain the key properties of TIVAR 88 and enhance some of its performance to meet this challenge.

TIVAR SuperPlus is a material with optimized wear resistance, especially the partial crosslinking makes this PE-UHMW material have a very high degree of polymerization, which can be used in demanding applications and environments. color: gray.

TIVAR Burnguard is a PE-UHMW grade containing a very effective non-halogenated flame retardant. TIVAR Burnguard is specially developed to improve the flammability of pure polyethylene, 6mm thickness sample test, in line with UL 94 V-0 standard, can be automatically extinguished. Color: Black with silver dots.

TIVAR 1000 ASTL is based on PE-UHMW series with extremely high molecular weight and is specially developed for harsh wear-resistant application environments. Compared with TIVAR 1000 ESD, TIVAR 1000 ASTL exhibits higher wear resistance and lower surface resistivity. The additives used also make the material static dissipative and greatly increase its resistance to UV rays. Colour: Black.

TIVAR 1000 EC belongs to the PE-UHMW series and contains a special additive, which makes the material have a lower surface resistivity than TIVAR 1000 ESD, and improves the conductivity and UV resistance.

TIVAR H.O.T. [Higher operating temperature] can maintain the key inherent characteristics of PE-UHMW in a wider operating temperature range, which greatly improves the working life of low-load bearings in a temperature environment up to 125°C. Special additives reduce the rate of oxidation of this material at higher temperatures, thereby reducing the rate of material degradation and extending its wear life. TIVAR H.O.T has properties suitable for food contact.

TIVAR CleanStat belongs to PE-UHMW grade and is used in food processing and pharmaceutical industries. It is static dissipative and has properties suitable for food contact. Color: black, meeting food contact requirements.
