What is MC Nylon Pulley

MC nylon pulley is a liquid that is heated into a mold and then molded at high temperatures, often called cast nylon. It is a widely used engineering plastic in almost the entire industrial field. It is a casting product formed by using anionic polymerization reaction technology, in which dissolved caprolactam monomers with catalysts are poured under atmospheric pressure into various shaped molds for reaction.

Advantages of MC nylon pulley

MC oil-containing nylon pulley is crystallized and formed under the melting point with high molecular weight, so its mechanical strength is much greater than ordinary nylon 6 and nylon 66 products, especially with better creep resistance and abrasion resistance, so it can withstand heavy loads for a long time without deformation.

4. Good elasticity. MC nylon pulley products can prevent permanent deformation of the bending surface, so as to maintain the strength and toughness to resist fracture caused by repeated impact loads, which is very necessary for parts used to withstand high impact loads.

MC oil-containing wear-resistant nylon products can be used under light loads and low speeds without the addition of lubricants. Nylon is characterized by very little wear during initial use and almost no wear after use. In addition, the coefficient of friction of MC nylon pulleys is 0.3-0.4. Moreover, due to the low self-lubrication and low water absorption of MC oiled nylon pulleys, they are not easy to bond with other materials.
