What are the main categories of machined parts ?
Machining is short for machining, and machined parts are also a type of component, and machining also refers to the process of removing material through precision machining.
From the understanding of the mechanical people, machined parts usually refers to the use of lathes, milling machines, planers, hobbing machines, grinders, machining centers and other machine tools, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings, metal materials or parts blanks into a qualified parts process.
Simply put (machined parts) is the use of mechanical equipment to process materials, cut materials, and process the desired shape of the workpiece. Throughout the machining process, the shape, size, relative position and performance of the blank form a qualified part according to the pattern and size on the drawing, which is machining technology.
Machining mainly includes manual machining and CNC machining. Handicraft refers to the machinists to process various materials by manually operating mechanical equipment such as milling machine, lathe, drilling machine, sawing machine and so on. It is suitable for the manual processing of small quantities and simple parts.
CNC machining center refers to machinists using CNC equipment for processing, including machining centers, turning and milling centers, electrician's wire-cutting equipment, wire-cutting machine tools and so on. Most of the machining places use CNC machining technology. Under the Cartesian coordinate system, the positional coordinates of the machined parts are converted into a programming language through programming, and the CNC controller controls the axes of the CNC machine tool through the programming language, automatically picking up the material according to the need to get the finishing parts . CNC machining, continuous machining of workpieces, suitable for machining a large number of parts with complex shapes.
