SEMITRON ESd 520HR PAI Yellowish Brownish Gray, Antistatic PAI
Antistatic PAI, SEMITRON ESd 520HR PAI offers a better combination of properties than any other product in its class - electrostatic discharge, high strength and high temperature resistance. This new static discharge material becomes ideal for slots, sockets and connectors on test equipment and other conveyors in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.A key characteristic of SEMITRON ESd 520HR PAI is its unique ability to withstand dielectric breakdown at high voltages (>100V). While common carbon fiber reinforced materials are already irreversibly conductive at moderate voltages, SEMITRON ESd 520HR PAI maintains its electrical properties even in the high voltage range of 100-1000V. SEMITRON ESd 520HR PAI retains its electrical properties even at high voltages in the range of 100-1000V, while providing excellent mechanical properties for the required applications. Maximum working temperature: 270°C; excellent dimensional stability; very good mechanical strength.

SEMITRON ESd 480 PEEK Dark Gray-Black, Antistatic PEEK
Antistatic PEEK, SEMITRON ESd 480 PEEK is suitable for the manufacture of test fixtures with very low water absorption and no powder fall. Maximum working temperature 237.5°C; good corrosion resistance; good mechanical strength. Good mechanical strength.

SEMITRON ESd 490HR PEEK Gray-Black, Antistatic PEEK
Antistatic PEEK, SEMITRON ESd 490HR PEEK has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, very low water absorption, good dimensional stability, no powder fall off to minimize contamination.
Maximum working temperature 250°C; good corrosion resistance; good mechanical strength.

SEMITRON ESd 420V PEI Black, Antistatic PEI
Antistatic PEI, SEMITRON ESd 420V PEI has excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength, superior to ESd 420 in pressurized application environments, as well as the ability to be machined with smoother bores.

SEMITRON ESd 225 POM Beige, antistatic POM
Antistatic POM, SEMITRON ESd 225 POM is a polyformaldehyde-based Antistatic Material suitable for use as a handle material to prevent discharge problems in parts that come into contact with people. It is also well suited for silicon wafer processing It is also well suited for fixtures in silicon wafer processing or for the manufacture of sensitive electronic components, including hard disk drives and printed circuit boards. Maximum operating temperature 107°C; resistant to abrasion.
Application: Wafer comb plugs - Wafer comb plugs made from SEMITRON ESd 225 POMC eliminate the problem of electrical discharges in conveyorized equipment, preventing the loss of thousands of wafers per year.
Available in rods, diameters 6.35-82.55, lengths 2.44 m or 1.22 m, and sheets, thicknesses 6.35-50.8, lengths and widths 610*1220.
SEMITRON ESd 410C PEI Black, Antistatic PEI
Antistatic PEI, SEMITRON ESd 410C PEI has excellent mechanical properties and a maximum operating temperature of 200°C, providing a solution for static discharge in high temperature areas. In addition, SEMITRON ESd 410C PEI has good dimensional stability (low linear coefficient of thermal expansion and low water absorption), making it an ideal material for conveyors in the electrical/electronic or semiconductor industries.
Main Characteristics: Maximum working temperature 200°C; low internal stress for precision machining; good mechanical properties.

SEMITRON ESd 420 PEI, Antistatic PEI
SEMITRON ESd 420 PEI is the only true static discharge plastic product for high temperature applications. It has a low surface resistance coefficient and excellent thermal properties. The maximum working temperature is 200°C.

SEMITRON ESd 500HR PTFE White, Antistatic PTFE
Antistatic PTFE, reinforced with synthetic mica, SEMITRON ESd 500HR PTFE has excellent overall properties, low friction, good dimensional stability, and good static dissipation.SEMITRON ESd 500HR PTFE solves the discharge problems of pure PTFE and retains the typical properties of PTFE - such as wide chemical resistance and low coefficient of friction.
Main characteristics: Maximum working temperature 260°C; good thermal insulation; low coefficient of friction; excellent chemical resistance.
