Syndyne Phenolic pads are mainly used for the protection of upper and lower pads when drilling, forming or cutting soft or hard printed circuit boards.
Using our pads has the following advantages;
The surface is flat and free of impurities, with low curvature.
The thickness is uniform and meets the general requirements of the industry.
Hole plugs and burrs do not occur during drilling.
Appropriate surface hardness does not affect the service life of the drill.
It has a microcomputer program-controlled sawing machine and a fully automatic moisture-proof film sealing packaging machine, which can provide customers with cutting and processing services
