The nominal pressure rating (PN) of the valve can indicate the maximum working pressure of the valve under normal temperature conditions. (For example: PN4.0, indicating that the maximum working pressure is 40 Bar when the operating temperature is -190C ~ 380C).

The molecular structure of PVDF is relatively regular, the fluorine atoms and hydrogen atoms in the molecule are similar in size, the polymer chains are closely arranged, and there is a strong hydrogen bond effect, so the tensile strength, compressive strength and impact toughness of the polymer are relatively high. Large, PVDF has a low melting point of about 170 degrees, so it has good processing performance and is easy to line. It can be formed by general thermoplastic processing methods such as injection, molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.
PVDF has good chemical stability, has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and good heat resistance stability, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -62 degrees to 150 degrees. At the same time, it has a large electrolytic constant and is one of the good insulating materials. It is resistant to all salts, acids, alkalis, halogens and other media except hydrochloric acid and strong solvents. Non-combustible, fatigue-resistant and fracture-resistant, wear-resistant, good self-lubricating performance.
