4. Pa66 -Polyamide
Use temperature:100°C Flame retardant grade:UL94V-2/UL94V-0
PA66 has a wide range of applications, excellent abrasion resistance, self-lubricating, high mechanical strength. Good toughness, impact resistance is excellent. Glass fiber and other fillers can be filled with enhanced modification.
5. PP -Polypropylene
Temperature:260°C Flame retardant:UL94HB.
PP is light, good toughness, good resistance to hydrolysis, heat resistance, chemical stability is relatively good, weak acid and alkali resistance.
6. PVC -Polyvinyl chloride
Temperature:55°C Flame retardant:Non-combustible.
PVC has excellent dielectric properties, good mechanical properties.
7. PC -polycarbonate
Operating temperature:115°C Flame retardant grade:UL94V-2.
PC is highly transparent, high strength and coefficient of elasticity, high impact strength, strong insulation properties, good dimensional stability, creep is also small.
8.PA+GF-Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon
Operating temperature:105°C Flame retardant grade:UL94HB
Reinforced nylon has excellent heat resistance, oil resistance and strong mechanical properties. It has excellent fatigue resistance and variability.
9. POM -Polyoxymethylene
Use temperature:95°C Flame retardant grade:UL94HB.
POM products are light, high stiffness, good elasticity, dimensional stability, small coefficient of friction, good electrical insulation, almost unaffected by temperature and humidity.
10. PE -Polyethylene
Use temperature:80°C Flame retardant grade:UL94HB
PE-polyethylene feels like wax, has excellent low-temperature resistance, good chemical stability, and can resist the erosion of most acids and alkalis (not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties). Insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, small water absorption, excellent insulation.
11. PEI -Polyetherimide
Operating temperature:180°C Flame retardant:UL94 V-0
PEI has excellent high temperature resistance and dimensional stability, excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties, high and low temperature resistance and abrasion resistance, flame retardant, chemical resistance and good electrical insulation properties. It can be modified by adding glass fiber, carbon fiber or other fillers.
