Abstract

Peek Plastic Ball is a kind of special round ball made of polyether ether ketone (peek) process, in the modern industrial field, PEEK ball is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, chemical and medical equipment with its excellent characteristics.
 
I. Properties of PEEK balls
 
1. Excellent mechanical properties: PEEK has high strength, high modulus and good toughness, so that the PEEK ball can withstand greater pressure and impact, in a variety of harsh working environment to maintain stable performance. 2. high temperature resistance: PEEK ball has a high temperature resistance.

Third, the injection molding process of PEEK ball

2. Drying treatment: due to the PEEK has a low water absorption, but in the injection molding before the need for drying treatment to remove moisture, to prevent defects such as bubbles in the injection molding process.
