At present, the commonly used cast nylon sheets on the market mainly include the following: 1: MC nylon (ivory white): the characteristics of unmodified cast nylon 6 are very close to nylon 66, and its comprehensive performance is good, strength, rigidity and hardness are high, and it is resistant to Creep, wear resistance, heat aging, good machining performance, etc.
2: MC901 (blue): This modified nylon 6 has a striking blue color. It has higher toughness, flexibility and fatigue resistance than ordinary cast nylon. It proves to be an ideal material for gears, racks and transmission gears.
3: Oil-containing nylon (green): This cast nylon 6 is a veritable self-lubricating nylon, which is specially developed for the manufacture of non-lubricable, high-load and low-speed parts, which greatly expands the application range of nylon. Compared with general nylon, the friction coefficient is lower (can be reduced by 50%) and the wear resistance is improved (can be increased by 10 times).
4: Pa6+ Molybdenum disulfide (gray black): Containing molybdenum disulfide powder, which can improve the load-bearing capacity and wear resistance of unmodified cast nylon without affecting the impact and fatigue resistance of unmodified cast nylon. It is very widely Used to make gears, bearings, star wheels and sleeves.

5: PA6+ solid lubricant (gray): It adopts the formula of patented cast nylon 6 and contains solid lubricant. The material has self-lubricating properties, excellent friction, outstanding wear resistance and pressure speed capability ( 5 times higher than ordinary cast nylon). It is especially suitable for moving parts that run at high speed and cannot be lubricated. It is a perfect supplement to oily nylon.
