Antistatic fiberglass board features:
 
1. Strong stability and long durability.
 
2. Flame retardant grade UL 94-v0.
 
3. Temperature resistance grade B, short-term instantaneous high temperature of about 200 degrees, can not be used for a long time, otherwise there will be bending and deformation cracking and so on.
 
4. The appearance of the film to prevent scratching. The appearance of the product is very important, some products have more scratches on the surface, and there are pits and bumps, which will seriously affect the customer's production out of the fixture or the beauty of other products. Our anti-static fiberglass board in the handling, packaging, processing are standardized operation, the product surface is flat without bumps and scratches, beautiful and practical at the same time.
 
5. Color is black (if you need to spray other colors on the surface, please choose your own color and spray it by yourself).
 
6. Good flatness and low warping. Anti-static fiberglass board is hot-pressed plate, so if not controlled properly, it is easy to make the product warp too much and affect the use. Our company standardize the operation in the production process, long-term training and assessment of operators to reduce the warping degree, so that the product quality is good to satisfy customers.
 
7. No bad additions inside. This layman can not understand, what is meant by no bad additions? Antistatic fiberglass Characteristics:
 
● Smooth surface and good flatness, diagonal warpage less than 3%;
Good heat and moisture resistance, good electrical performance in dry and wet state; low water absorption, not easy to deform;
Higher mechanical properties and good machinability;
 
● Stable anti-static properties, surface resistance value: 10^6-10^9 Ω;
 
FR4-ESD sheet is a full anti-static sheet, after machining, its anti-static property will not change, even if the surface has been worn out, the resistivity is not affected;  
 
● Specific gravity between 2.1-2.15;
 
● Temperature resistance up to 150℃;
 
● Good flame retardant coefficient (UL94-V0).
