01. Broken edge problem

Broken edges are usually formed by flying knives. The reason is that the edge of the workpiece is in the direction of the flying knife. This edge is suspended, and the pushing knife of the tool will push the edge. A few millimeters give the direction of feed and then fly.

02. Side hole processing problem

First of all, the bottom hole should not be too small, because the bakelite is brittle, and the tapping teeth that are too small will crush the hole. Secondly, because the surface of the bakelite is rarely processed, and the flatness is poor, it is generally not a centered hole, assuming a centered drill There will be a 30~50 thread error in the hole, and the seam will not be aligned during assembly.

03. Small hole tapping

Sometimes there are more holes in M3M4, and it is time-consuming and laborious to use ordinary tapping methods. You can use a hand-held pen-type high-speed automatic screw machine for tapping, and the effect can be improved several times.
