Features of Vesconite materials

vesconite material have broken through the boundary of ordinary bearings relying on oil film lubrication. It is suitable for use under conditions such as humidity, corrosion resistance or where refueling is not possible. Its hardness is higher than that of ordinary copper sleeves, and its wear resistance is also high. At present, it is widely used in mining machinery, ships, water pumps and equipment production lines.
It is generally suitable for pipes with a shaft diameter of 6-650mm and a length of 1000mm.


Features of Vesconite materials:
1. Low friction characteristics: Compared with most rubber, nylon and laminated plastics, Weigaoer material has low friction. And that's still the case under real working conditions. Weigaoer material maintains very low static and dynamic friction regardless of the dry or wet environment and the weight of the load. This means a reduction in power loss. The internal lubricating properties of Weigaoer material make it especially suitable for upper rudder bearings! Here, the gap for adding grease is very long or there is no grease at all, and water lubrication cannot be guaranteed when the load is light.
No damage to the shaft: Due to the low friction characteristics, Weigaoer material has no damage to the shaft. Most users report that the wear rate of the shaft is greatly reduced due to the use of Chenger material. Many users switch to Gower material because it can reduce the wear of the shaft, prolong the life of the shaft, and save money. Be aware that shafts are fairly expensive components.
2. No corrosion: Gower materials are not subject to electrolyte corrosion, which is a major problem with traditional metal bearing materials. Although corrosion on the long water face of a shaft is usually not a problem, it can become a problem when the bearings are replaced. Generally, there is always some corrosion between the outside of the steel shaft and the bearing housing, which makes it difficult to disassemble the bearing.
3. Safety and hygiene: Weigaoer material is a safe product. It does not contain asbestos or other harmful fibers. Weigaoer materials also do not contain lead or other harmful substances. Weigaoer materials have passed a series of strict hygienic tests, proving that they can be used in situations where they are in direct contact with drinking water.
Ease of disassembly: due to the absence of electrolyte corrosion.
