Piston compressor valve plate is used for inhalation and exhaust. Its working principle is to generate inhalation and exhaust by moving the piston up and down. With the improvement of the sealing performance, the power consumption of the compressor and the temperature rise are simultaneously reduced. Compared with the metal valve plate, the energy consumption of the compressor using the PEEK valve plate can be reduced by 5%-10%.

The long-term use temperature of PEEK is 250°C, and the normal working temperature of the valve plate can reach above 200°C. The working pressure difference of the valve plate can reach more than 15MPa.

The PEEK valve plate has low density and light weight in the same volume. Under the working state of the reciprocating compressor, the impact force is reduced, the resulting fatigue damage is reduced, and the service life of the valve is extended, and the service life can reach 6000 hours. Strong corrosion resistance, can absorb part of the impact energy to reduce noise.

Under the working temperature, the PEEK valve plate has a self-adjusting function on the sealing surface, which can automatically complete the fine-tuning of the shape of the contact surface within 24 hours, so that the sealing effect is better, and the compressor can achieve high compression efficiency in a short time.

The PEEK valve piece has good toughness and is not easy to break. Even if the valve piece breaks and falls into the cylinder, it will not cause damage to the cylinder or generate sparks.

PEEK has a high oxygen index, and the PEEK valve plate has higher safety under the working condition of the compressor with flammable gas as the medium.

PEEK valve plates are not affected by water and high-pressure water vapor.

The valve plate is placed at the exhaust port of the upper bearing. Its function is to close the refrigerant in the cylinder and compress the refrigerant in the cylinder. When the compression pressure reaches a certain value, the valve plate is pressed open, and the compressed refrigerant flows from the upper bearing. exhaust vent. Its action is determined by the internal pressure of the cylinder.
