PI polyimide is the plastic with the best wear resistance at high temperatures. Its long-term working temperature is about 300 degrees, and its short-term working temperature can reach 500 degrees. However, the price is extremely high. HONY plastic supplies imported polyimide rods .

PAI polyamide-imide is slightly inferior to PI polyimide in wear resistance under high temperature. The long-term working temperature is around 250 degrees, and the price is much lower than PI polyimide. HONY plastic supplies TORLON rods and plates.

PEEK polyether ether ketone has slightly inferior wear resistance to PI and PAI, but it is cheaper and has more molding methods. HONY plastic provides various rods, plates, tubes, particles, powders, etc.

The wear resistance of PTFE is slightly worse than that of PI, PAI, and PEEK, but its corrosion resistance is excellent, and the price is much cheaper than the first three materials.

POM polyoxymethylene and nylon have a lower level of wear resistance, and the working temperature is relatively low, but the general wear resistance requirements can still meet the requirements.
