Which plastic bearing materials can HONY process?
Based on the various high-functional plastics we choose, the bearings produced by HONY have the characteristics of light weight, low inertia, water resistance, non-magnetic and no lubrication.
We use a variety of materials to adapt to different working conditions, such as occasions where lubricating grease will pollute the product, where the bearing needs to have low hardness and good elasticity and toughness, where the product will not be damaged, and where static electricity needs to be released, our commonly used The materials are as follows:
Polyimide
Polyimide has excellent mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and radiation resistance. The continuous working temperature in the air is 280°C, and it can be as high as 320°C for a short time.
PEEK
PEEK has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and is one of the most popular high-performance plastics today. Has good high temperature resistance. The continuous working temperature in the air is 250°C, and it can be as high as 310°C for a short time.
