Generally speaking, the heat distortion temperature of polysulfone is 175°C, it can be used for a long time between -100°C and 150°C, and it has excellent aging resistance at high temperature. Polyaryl sulfone is one of the best varieties of heat-resistant engineering plastics. Its heat resistance is comparable to that of thermosetting high-temperature Polyimide. The load deformation temperature is 275°C, and the long-term use temperature is 275°C. ℃--260℃ can maintain good mechanical properties and electrical insulation properties. The performance of polyethersulfone is between polysulfone and polyarylsulfone. The load temperature is 203°C and the long-term use temperature is -100°C--180°C. Polysulfone plastics can still maintain good electrical insulation properties in humid environments.
