Carbon fiber PEEK--Polyetheretherketone has excellent heat resistance. Different from Polyether Ether Ketone Peek Sheet , The heat distortion temperature of unreinforced polyetheretherketone is 135-160℃; 20% glass fiber reinforced is 286℃; 30% carbon fiber reinforced is 300℃. The thermal weight loss curve of polyetheretherketone measured by differential thermal method shows that the weight loss is 0% at 400°C; 2.5% at 500°C; and the weight loss increases to 59% at 600°C. Whether it is unreinforced polyether ether ketone or polyether ether ketone reinforced with glass fiber or carbon fiber, the tensile strength will not decrease significantly after 1000h thermal aging. Usually, its service life at 220℃ is more than 6000h. Polyetheretherketone has excellent electrical insulation, usually, the volume resistivity can reach a very high value, it still has a small dielectric constant and dielectric loss in the high frequency range. Polyetheretherketone is resistant to almost any chemical except concentrated sulfuric acid; it still maintains good chemical stability even at higher temperatures. Compared with polycarbonate, modified polyphenylene ether and polysulfone, the resistance of polyether ether ketone under stress is the most excellent. However, when the crystallization of polyether ether ketone has not yet proceeded discretely, stress cracking tends to occur when it is immersed in a part. Therefore, annealing treatment (such as treatment at 200 ° C for 1h) can be used to improve the degree of crystallization and stress crack resistance. Among all engineering plastics, polyetheretherketone has good cushion water resistance and steam resistance. It can be used in 200 ℃ steam for a long time, or in 300 ℃ high pressure steam for a short time. The relationship between the tensile strength and elongation at break of polyether ether ketone and the immersion time in 80 ℃ hot water. After 800h, the tensile strength and elongation of PEEK did not change significantly.
