Anti-static PEI sheet material introduction
Anti-static PEI sheet, Chinese name polyetherimide, amber-colored transparent solid. It has inherent flame retardant and low smoke, does not contain any additives. Its oxygen index is 47%, combustion rating is UL94-V-0, density is 1.28~1.42g/cm3. It has excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation, radiation resistance, high and low temperature resistance. The heat distortion temperature reaches 220℃, and it can be used for a long time under the working temperature of -160-180℃. It belongs to import and export restricted materials and is very expensive.
Anti-static PEI sheet is a specialized PEI sheet, which can change its conductive properties by adding conductive carbon powder and other materials, able to electrostatic discharge, reduce the electrostatic force between materials, improve the stability of the manufacturing process and product quality. Material application
