Nylon board
Outstanding wear resistance: Its friction coefficient is usually 0.1-0.3, which is about 1/4 of phenolic plastic. 1/3 of Babbitt alloy, so it is a self-lubricating material.
Good mechanical properties: Its surface hardness is large, and it has high tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength, and high ductility.
Its compressive strength is comparable to that of metals, and its fatigue strength is equivalent to that of metal materials such as cast iron and aluminum alloy.
Excellent chemical stability: It is not affected by chemicals such as weak bases, alcohols, esters, copper, hydrocarbon greases.
Wide range of cold and heat resistance: it can maintain a certain mechanical strength at -60°C, and the heat-resistant temperature is 80-100°C.
Light specific gravity: Its specific gravity is between 1.05-1.15. Using nylon tubing instead of copper tubing can intuitively see the flow of liquid and bend freely according to user needs.
PTFE plate
Polytetrafluoroethylene (teflon or PTFE), commonly known as "Plastic King", Chinese trade names "Teflon", "Teflon", "Teflon", "Teflon" and so on. It is a polymer compound formed by polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, airtightness, high lubrication and non-stickiness, electrical insulation and good aging resistance. It can work for a long time at a temperature of +250℃ to -180℃. Except for molten sodium and liquid fluorine, it can withstand all other chemicals. It will not change when boiled in aqua regia. Used as engineering plastics, it can be made into polytetrafluoroethylene tubes, rods, belts, plates, films, etc. Generally used in corrosion-resistant pipelines, containers, pumps, valves, radar, high-frequency communication equipment, and radio equipment with high performance requirements.
Simply put, PTFE is better than nylon in corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The abrasion resistance of nylon is better than that of PTFE. PTFE is more expensive than nylon in price.

PP board is used in card boards, etc., which are software materials with better toughness

PC and PA nylon are also hard rubber materials, the material is not bad, low temperature resistance, in a wide range.
