2. PU pipe has excellent high pressure resistance, vibration resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance, tortuosity resistance, and lightness;

3. PE pipes are not as good as steel pipes. Special attention should be paid to the safety spacing of thermal heating during construction, and they should not be exposed to the sun in the air, and they are sensitive to chemicals to prevent leakage of sewage pipes from causing damage;

4. EVA is vinyl acetate copolymer;

5. Nylon is conductive and flame retardant.

Application

PU is a new organic polymer material, known as the "fifth largest plastic", because of its excellent performance, it is widely used in many areas of the national economy. Product application areas involve light industry, chemicals, electronics, textiles, medical, construction, building materials, automobiles, national defense, aerospace, aviation, etc.

PE medium and high pressure Polyethylene: more than half is used for film products, followed by pipes, injection molded products, wire wrapping layers, etc.; medium and low pressure polyethylene: mainly injection molded products and hollow products. Ultra-high-pressure polyethylene: Due to the excellent comprehensive properties of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, it can be used as engineering plastics.

Polyamide is mainly used for synthetic fibers. Its most prominent advantage is that its abrasion resistance is higher than all other fibers, 10 times higher than cotton, 20 times higher than wool, and a little polyamide fiber is added to the blended fabric. Greatly improve its wear resistance; when stretched to 3-6%, the elastic recovery rate can reach 100%; it can withstand tens of thousands of times of bending without breaking.

EVA is used to make refrigerator ducts, gas pipes, civil construction plates, containers, and daily necessities. It can also be used to make packaging films, gaskets, and medical equipment. It can also be used as hot-melt adhesives and cable insulation layers. At present, it is used in the solar cell industry to bond the cells in the crystalline silicon cell with the surface photovoltaic glass and the cell back sheet.
