Ketron PEEK series products are based on polyetheretherketone resin, which is a semi-crystalline advanced material. It exhibits unique high mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and excellent chemical corrosion resistance, making it the most popular advanced plastic material. .

Product Details

Ketron 1000 PEEK profiles are produced from virgin polyether ether ketone resin, which has the highest toughness and impact strength of all Ketron PEEK grades. Both Ketron 1000 PEEK Natural and Black can be sterilized by conventional sterilization methods (steam, dry heat, ethylene oxide, gamma radiation). In addition, the composition of raw materials used for the production of Ketron 1000 PEEK profiles complies with the applicable regulations of the member states of the European Union (Directive 2002/72/EC, as amended), as well as the regulations of the United States of America (FDA) for plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

Ketron 1000 PEEK natural and black (rod, sheet, tube) are food grade.
