High-temperature nylon refers to nylon materials that can be used for a long time in environments above 150°C. The melting point is generally 290°C~320°C, and the general glass fiber modification is enough for the heat distortion temperature to be greater than 290°C and to maintain excellent mechanical properties in a wide range of temperatures and high humidity environments, and the mature industrialized high-temperature nylon varieties are PA46, PA6T, PA9T, and PA10T. With excellent performance, high-temperature nylon materials are more and more widely used in the field of consumer electronics such as pen drives and cell phones.
