CIP MACHINING CAPABILITIES

Columbia Industrial Products offers a fully equipped machine shop on location ready to meet your needs. Components can be manufactured to customer`s drawings or our experts can provide recommendations. Spherical bearings with stainless steel balls, threaded components and many other custom products can be fabricated.

MACHINES

CIP 23,400 square foot facility has a complete machine shop on location, including state-of-the-art CNC machines. CNC lathes provide live tooling functionality and CNC mill has 4th axis capability. The CNC router with 5 ft. by 10 ft. table allows for quick production of sheet parts. Control and programming is provided by MasterCAM X5 and AlphaCam software. A complete array of sharp manual lathes provides capabilities to turn parts up to 65 inch diameters.
