What is durostone ?

(High Temperature Nanocomposite) is a composite material made of glass fibers and high mechanical strength resins, a type of fiberglass compound. It is also known as reinforced fiberglass plastic. It is mainly designed for the different needs of circuit boards during the mounting process.

The role of synthetic stone in wave soldering

In the temperature gradually rising environment, can continue to maintain its physical properties, so that the synthesized stone can be wave soldering process, to achieve a high standard of results and will not have deformation of the situation occurs. (2) Can be used for irregularly shaped substrates;

(3) Can carry multiple connected boards to increase productivity;

(4) Preventing the substrate from bending when soldering back.
