Key Features:

Semi-Crystalline Engineering Thermoplastic . High temperature resistance up to 480 F (260 C) continuous, excellent chemical , hot water and steam resistance, superior mechanical and bearing properties, flame retardant with low smoke generation, resistant to gamma radiation.


Applications:

Electrical and electronic components, aircraft components, medical equipment, petroleum valves and gaskets, nuclear components, food equipment.


Fabricating:

Machines and cuts easily.


Standard Grade Natural: (color light brown/ tan)


Special Grades

PEEK GF30: (glass fiber reinforced 30%) Increased mechanical strength and stiffness. Also improved creep strength and dimensional stability.


PEEK CF30  Black: (Carbon filled 30%) Grades available with high wear fillers. The carbon fibre filler increases compressive strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability. Also provides greater thermal conductivity allow for increase dissipation of heat.


PEEK UD DARK BLUE: Ultra Detectable (optical, metal and X-Ray detectable ) that can be easily identified in contaminated batches for food equipment. The material is FDA compliant.
