Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet and Semi-Cured Sheet (PP) Introduction
 
Epoxy fiberglass board, also known as epoxy board or glass fiber board, is made by epoxy resin impregnated on fiberglass cloth and cured at high temperature, which has the characteristics of high strength, high modulus, low density, and excellent chemical stability and electrical insulation, and is widely used in photovoltaic, high-speed rail, ships, new energy vehicles, jigging tools, power distribution boxes and other industries. Among them, semi-cured sheet, also known as bonded sheet or PP, is a semi-finished product of glass fiber board.
 
The processing flow of glass fiber board is simply that, the epoxy resin and curing agent are mixed and stirred evenly to form epoxy resin adhesive, which is put into the glue tank of the gluing machine, and the fiberglass cloth enters into the glue tank through the guiding roller after unrolling to impregnate the epoxy resin adhesive in the glue tank for gluing, and the resin content is controlled by the extruding rollers after the impregnation, and the solvent and other volatilized materials are removed through baking and the resin is in the semi-curing state, which forms the semi-curing sheet (semi-curing sheet). Semi-cured sheet (semi-cured sheet can be given to the cell phone back cover processor to be molded directly into a part of the cell phone back cover), semi-cured sheet laminated through the press for pressing, cutting, and forming the sheet.

1. Photovoltaic backsheet
Low-density fiberglass panels (density 0.8g/cm³) developed by Poly Innovative Materials, with high strength and low density, can be used for photovoltaic backsheets, replacing glass and optimizing frames, achieving weight reduction of more than 70% compared with conventional glass modules, and at the same time reducing the accumulation of dust on the frames, and can be directly installed on the roof, significantly reducing the cost of installation, and can be widely used on rural roofs in the future.

1. Low temperature fast curing glass fiber
Low-temperature fast-curing semi-cured sheet has been involved in a number of terminal mass production projects. The molding temperature of low-temperature fast-curing fiberglass board of Poly Innovative Materials is 110℃, and the molding time is 5-8 minutes, which has the following characteristics:
1.Low molding temperature and high efficiency;
2.High flame retardant grade, can pass the needle flame test;
3.Can be molded perimeter bone, tabs and other difficult structures.
 
2. 3D/2D one-piece veneer based on low-temperature fast-setting material
2D/3D one-piece patch based on low-temperature fast-setting material has been involved in a number of one-piece patch mass production projects, and the product has the following characteristics:
1.Low molding temperature of the material, which can be molded with PU skin, silicone skin and so on in one piece;
2.High efficiency, no need for secondary skinning, especially 2D skinning, using large vacuum hydraulic press, huge capacity, each furnace can produce 2D skinning battery cover 10K, daily capacity of more than 300K, greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production costs;

3. Color-tuned fiberglass based on low-temperature fast-set materials
The development of color-tuning glass fiber based on low temperature fast-setting materials has been involved in several mass production projects, and the products have the following characteristics:
1.The material and leather color is consistent, one-piece molding without visual break color difference;
2.High color mixing efficiency, generally one day can determine 1~2 different colors;

4. Fast-setting material-based wood grain material one-piece molding
Based on fast-setting material wood grain material one-piece molding process, glass fiber board and wood grain material one-piece molding, so that the product has a wood grain feel, high molding efficiency, low cost.

5. 3D/2D molding of nano-ceramics based on low-temperature fast-set materials
The one-piece molding of low-temperature fast-setting nano-ceramics has the following characteristics:
Advantages:
1. The appearance and texture of ceramic, fiberglass weight, metal strength.
2. Can do glossy surface, matte surface, color adjustable.
3. Surface can be molded in one piece with various optical textures.
 
Performance:
1. Strong adhesion, Baig 5B.
2. Surface hardness 4H-7H is adjustable.
3. Fire resistance and high temperature.
4. Strong hydrophobicity anti-sewage drip angle.
5. UV resistance does not change color, acid and alkali and salt spray resistance. Disadvantage: hard material, CNC profiling requires high hardness tool and high speed equipment.
 
6. Heat dissipation glass fiber
At present, the conventional glass fiber thermal conductivity should be about 0.3w/mK, heat dissipation glass fiber:
1. The thermal conductivity of 2W/mK or more, the heat dissipation effect is more than 300% higher than the current conventional materials;
2. The surface can be a variety of 2D veneer, nano-ceramics, wood grain and other effects;
3. It has various other properties of glass fiber.
4. Can be used for flat panel, laptop back cover and other scenes
The disadvantage is that CNC imitation needs high hardness tool and high speed equipment, as well as temporarily unable to 3D molding, and because of the addition of a large number of heat-conducting materials, can only be made into milky white.
 
7. Eco-friendly recyclable fiberglass material
The use of bio-based epoxy resin (epoxy soybean oil acrylate, etc.) and glass fiber composite environmentally friendly recyclable glass fiber materials.
Characteristics:
1. It has various characteristics of glass fiber material;
2.The resin abandons chemical raw materials, which meets the concept of environmental protection;
3. It can be applied to all kinds of flat panels and laptop battery covers.
 
8. High Transparency Glass Fiber
Poly Innovative Material's high transmittance glass fiber material has the following characteristics:
1. Light transmittance is more than 91%, close to that of glass;
