Rulon® W2 PTFE Carbon Filled Polymer

Designed with fresh water in mind, Rulon W2 provides one of the best wear rates, plus low friction and good thermal dissipation in fresh water applications.Rulon W2’s key properties actually improve when wet, do not absorb moisture, and can help prevent shaft distress in a wetted environment.

Compatible with most metal substrates and soft mating surfaces, Rulon W2 is also a good option when superior chemical resistance and good electrical properties are needed. And the material is DWGV (European) certified for direct contact with drinking water.

Rulon® W2 is formulated for fresh water applications. Offering low friction and excellent wear characteristics in fresh water applications. It is compatible with most metal substrates and soft mating surfaces. A good alternative to Rulon J when superior chemical resistance is needed. It should not be used on very soft mating surfaces or where electrical insulation is required.
