Duratron® T4501 PAI sheet rod

Duratron® T4501 PAI possesses high compressive strength and excellent wear resistance, making it a great performer in general purpose wear and friction applications. This grade is similar in composition to Duratron® T4301, offering a very high flexural modulus and exhibiting little-to-no stickslip, and is able to endure harsh thermal, chemical, and stress conditions. Duratron® T4501 PAI is a reliable solution for parts requiring larger geometries and high compressive strength.

Limitations

Duratron® T PAI Grade Materials have a relatively high moisture absorption rate, parts used in high temperature service or made to tight tolerances should be kept dry prior to installation.

Thermal shock resulting in deformation can occur if moisture laden parts are rapidly exposed to temperatures above 400°F (205° C).
