Product Description

Nylatron® NSM PA6 is a patented cast nylon formulation containing solid lubricants that provide excellent self-lubrication, outstanding friction properties, superior wear resistance and good dynamic load carrying capacity (up to 5 times higher than conventional cast nylon grades). As the most wear-resistant thermoplastic available, Nylatron® NSM PA6 components excel in high-speed, non-lubricated sliding parts that require larger geometries. With excellent wear resistance and a service life up to 10 times longer than standard nylons, this material is the solution of choice for bearings, gears, wear pads, pulleys, sheaves, bushings, valve seats and seals.
