Product Description

HONYESD®Antistatic POM sheet rod Conductive classification in antistatic POM: antistatic; static dissipation; conductive; electromagnetic shielding. Antistatic is to prevent the generation and accumulation of static electricity in the conductor. When the electrostatic charge is accumulated to a certain extent, a voltage difference will occur.POM is an antistatic POM after adding a conductive modifier. The conductive modifiers mainly include: carbon black, carbon fiber, other nanotubes, stainless steel fiber, surface migration and antistatic. Among them, the most used is carbon fiber reinforced POM. Nylon plus carbon fiber not only has the advantages of glass fiber reinforced POM, but also has the characteristics of electrical conductivity, wear resistance and high temperature resistance.


Product features: wear resistance, high rigidity, high hardness, good mechanical properties, good self-lubricating performance, no water absorption


Product shortcomings: not resistant to strong acids, especially mineral acids, not resistant to ultraviolet rays, and not fireproof
