PVDF Lined Ball Valve PFA

PVDF valves are plumbing on and off control valves, pressure regulation valves or delivery valves manufactured from Kynar PVDF. Types of PVDF valves available include PVDF ball valves, PVDF diaphragm valves, PVDF flow control valves and PVDF injection valves. PVDF valve styles are offered in back pressure, injection quill, injection valve, needle valve, pressure relief and true union styles. PVDF Kynar pipe valves are made in North America by Hayward. PVDF is one of the industry’s leading thermoplastic materials in terms of high temperature exposure, chemical durability, environmental damage resistance and mechanical strength.

Pipe valves manufactured from PVDF deliver a thermal operation range up to 284 degrees F. PVDF valves provide extensive chemical resistance even against some of the hardest to handle solutions such as heated, concentrated sulfuric acid. Kynar PVDF valves are naturally unaffected by sunlight UV exposure and damage as well as the growth and support of biofilms. PVDF Kynar valves are high purity valves approved for ultrapure applications. PVDF valves are available from ¼ inch up to 4 inch in plumbing diameter. They are white, gray or black in color. Max pressure will depend on style and series.PVDF valves are rated up to 150 PSI (10.3 bar) at 70˚F (21˚C) or 250 PSI (17.2 bar) at 70° F (21° C).

Hayward PVDF valves are ANSI / NSF certified by NSF 61 for drinkable water, NSF 51 for food contact scenarios, and NSF 14 for plastic pipe systems. Natural white PVDF valves are food grade FDA-compliant per 177.2510 & 177.2600. PVDF equipment can also meet USP Class 6 approvals for use in healthcare and pharmaceutical applications.

PVDF valves are used worldwide in chemical applications, water and wastewater treatment plants, mining zones, petrochemical refineries, pharma laboratories, agriculture and many other industries.

We have developed a PVDF Ball Valve that is chemically resistant to most of aggressive chemicals up to 120°C temp. and economical compared to solid PVDF Ball Valve and PTFE Lined metallic valves.

This valve has a solid PVDF body, solid PVDF Ball, PVDF coated ( Moulded ) SS-316 stem, only two flanged ends have inner liners ( moulded 3.75mm to 5.5mm thick ) of PVDF and on this liners, Polypropylene flanged ends are moulded. So all chemicals comes in contact with PVDF and PTFE Materials only.

Body to ends sealing & stem sealing 'O' Rings are of pure ptfe. To compress these ptfe 'O' Rings firmly, a steel ring insert of 5mm thick is moulded in flanged ends.

SS - 316 inserted stem, metal inserted handle and stopper ensures sturdiness and long service life.

We use virgin imported PVDF and Polypropylene materials of grades that are internationally popular, especially used for manufacturing of valves and fittings.

As per all internationally accepted standards, such as BS, DIN, ASA 150 etc.

Hydrostatic Test:
