HONYPLAS®Polyimide characteristics

2. Wear resistance, small friction coefficient and not affected by humidity and temperature, high impact strength, but sensitive to notch.
3. Excellent heat resistance, can be used for a long time at -260 (not brittle) ~ 330oC, and the heat deformation temperature is as high as 343oC.
4. Good radiation resistance, no cold flow, no cracking, excellent electrical insulation, flame retardant.
5. Small shrinkage rate and linear expansion coefficient, good dimensional stability and low water absorption.
6. Good chemical stability, ozone resistance, bacterial erosion resistance, good solvent resistance, but susceptible to alkali, pyridine, etc.
