CCL Copper Clad Laminate Used for PCB

Copper clad laminated sheet uses glass fiber cloth as substrate material. After being immersed with epoxy resin and then baked into prepreg sheet, several prepreg sheets are then coated with copper foil on one side or both sides, and CCL is finally formed by hot pressing and curing.FR-4 copper clad laminated sheet has excellent thermal stability and machinability, widely used in the manufacture of printed circuit board (PCB) for television sets, computers, communications equipment and other electronic products.This flame retardant copper-clad laminate is made of continuous woven glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin. The substrate is made of FR4 which is a flame retardant version of G-10 material. Copper Clad FR-4 Sheet is used to created printed circuit boards.

The characteristics of copper-clad board

Whether the copper-clad laminate belongs to the integrated circuit

Copper-clad laminate is a circuit board, its role is to serve as a connection carrier for electronic components. Integrated circuits are a large number of electronic components integrated together to form a whole circuit of a circuit chip. Therefore, copper-clad laminates are not integrated circuits.

Copper-clad laminate and integrated circuits are different, does not belong to the category of integrated circuits.
