Product Description

Asic miner manufacturer Whatsminer has launched a new line of bitcoin mining devices called the M50S++, M53S++ and M56S++. In addition, the older models M53S++ and M56S++ are only available for installation in server racks with pre-engineered server station cooling. The usual format of Asic miners, conditionally suitable for home use, is available only in the younger model M50 ++. A distinctive feature of the new Sleipnir ASIC miners for sale is the factory testing of the device for ASIC chip quality, which is why the same model has multiple modifications with different arithmetic power, and therefore different prices. Those. Whatsmainer began to sell the same chips at different prices after testing and rejection, just like memory, CPU and GPU chip manufacturers. So far, the price difference between maximum possible arithmetic power and minimum arithmetic power has not made much difference, but this is likely just a test run for the market, and soon this practice may become common among ASIC miner manufacturers.

MicroBT Whatsminer M50S 126TH/s 3276W

Model Whatsminer M50S from MicroBT mining SHA-256 algorithm with a maximum hashrate of 126Th/s for a power consumption of 3276W. Proven to be more robust and reliable than Bitmain Antminer series.

The M50 series

The M50 series is expected to run at a higher power for longer periods of time than previous rigs in the Whatsminer series. The M50s, for instance, is air-cooled and powered by a 5 nm processor from Samsung that can deliver up to 15% better efficiency than existing series models. It can deliver 126 terahashes per second (TH/s) of mining power at an efficiency of 26 joules per terahash (J/T), according to a MicroBT press release sent to Bitcoin Magazine.

Whatsminer M50s

Overview

The air-cooled M50 is expected to deliver 118 TH/s (126T max), with 29 J/T efficiency, running on 3,306 watts of power. And the hydro-cooled upcoming M53 series hosts 226 TH/s of computing power at 29 J/T.

Air

Cooled

The air-cooled M50 is expected to deliver 126 TH/s, with 29 J/T efficiency, running on 3,306 watts of power. And the hydro-cooled M53 series hosts 226 TH/s of computing power at 29 J/T.
