In the conveying machinery industry, PEEK ball transfers are an important auxiliary tool that can greatly improve efficiency and make the work of conveying machinery smoother and more efficient.PEEK ball transfer is an indispensable auxiliary tool in the conveying machinery industry, it has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which can greatly improve the efficiency and stability of conveying machinery.
PEEK universal ball is a ball made of polyimide with the following characteristics:
1️. High strength: PEEK ball transfers have high strength and hardness, able to withstand large pressures and loads.
2️. Wear resistance: PEEK ball transfer has good wear resistance, can maintain stability and smoothness in the case of high-speed movement.
3️. High temperature resistance: PEEK ball transfer has good high temperature resistance, can maintain stability and not deformed in high temperature environment.
4️. Anti-corrosion: PEEK ball transfers have good anti-corrosion properties, to maintain stability and not damaged in harsh environments.
Applications:
PEEK ball transfers are widely used in conveying machinery and are mainly used in the following areas:
1️. Transmission device: PEEK ball transfers can be used in the transmission device of conveying machinery, which can keep the transmission smooth and efficient.
2️. Guide device: PEEK ball transfer can be used in the guide device of conveying machinery, can keep the conveyor belt smooth and not deflected.
3️. Buffering device: PEEK ball transfers can be used in the buffering device of conveying machinery, which can keep the conveyor belt smooth and non-shaking.
Frac Balls Overview - Frac Balls
Exploiting tight gas reservoirs requires the ability to fracture a well to meet production requirements. Most horizontal wells require multiple lateral fractures at specific locations within the well. In order to maximize production rates, it is critical that multiple fractures be created.
A popular method of fracture generation is the use of frac ports and sliding casing. A bare-eye packer isolates different parts of the horizontal well. The sliding sleeve is placed between each packer pair and is opened by inserting a ball in the borehole. Typically, a complete string is placed in the well. The string consists of frac ports and bare hole packers spaced to specification. Packers can be spaced up to several hundred feet apart. The packers are mechanically, hydraulically or chemically actuated. To activate each casing, appropriately sized balls are pumped along with the fracturing fluid in the well. Each ball is smaller than all previous sleeve openings, but larger than the sleeve to be opened. The seat of the ball exerts pressure on the end of the sliding sleeve assembly, causing it to slide and open the frac port. Once the ports are open, the fluid is transferred into the bare space outside the completion assembly, throwing the formation into fracture.
At the completion of each fracturing stage, the next larger ball is injected into the well, the next casing is opened, and so on until all casing is opened and multiple fractures are created in the well. The main advantage of this completion technique is the speed of operation and reduced cost.
Typically, ball sizing is done in .500" or .250" increments. It is very important to understand that this process is not without risk of failure and should only be performed after extensive research and consideration. The frac plugs are designed to seal only from the top of the plug. Each plug uses a plastic frac ball that is sealed at the top of the mandrel. The frac balls can float freely off the mandrel by pressure or by flowing out from under the plug. This allows for immediate return flow to all areas after processing.
Features and Benefits of Frac Balls - Frac Balls
Frac Balls, also known as "frac balls" are available in G-10/FR4 frac balls, Torlon frac balls and PEEK frac balls and PEEK-PBI frac balls.
Hony Plastics can provide you with machined frac balls or G-10, Torlon and PEEK rods for your own fabrication.
Torlon 5030 is starting to be recognized as the best choice for these applications. Maximum load, small seat, toughness and temperature resistance.
