Nylacast Nylube lubricant filled polymer

Nylube was launched into Nylacast product range in 1989 as the progression to Oilon. It is one of the most important developments in the Nylacast product range. Nylube has substantially improved wear resistance abilities compared to any other grade of cast nylon, whilst retaining excellent physical property characteristics.Nylube™ greatly improves wear resistance compared to other grades of cast nylon, while maintaining excellent physical property characteristics. 

Nylube Mc Nylon Plate contains a combined liquid/solid lubricant system which allows for friction down to a coefficient of 0.08. This is lower than almost any other polymer currently available.Nylube greatly improves the abrasion resistance of any other currently available lubricant grade compared to cast nylon, while retaining excellent physical property characteristics. The material is particularly suitable for bearing applications operating over a wide range of dry loads, speeds and temperatures (up to 120°C).Nylube is suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries.Pa6G Sheet Rod
