Product Description

RICOCEL® is the trade mark of the black colored epoxy glass material which is extremely durable at high temperature and flux chemicals of lead free solder. It is mostly used as PCB carrier or solder pallet in various soldering process.


RICOCEL® is a kind of insulation sheet for wave solder pallets, It is as same as durostone and Ricocel sheets. It is another material made of glass fabric and epoxy resin, it is a lead-free material Designed for those who wanted to enhance productivity and reduce the loss of products. This item can withstand a temperature of more than 380 degrees (10~20seconds). And keep its mechanical strength, smoothness, and original color when continuously used at the temperature of 300°c. Composite materials Lead-free material is another kind of excellent material for SMT fixtures & carriers, wave soldering pallets, reflow soldering, SMT oven tray, had tin furnace jigs, such as PCB and electronic industry.

Tips for machining ricocal material

1. The material of the cutter: carbide such as Tungsten Carbide +Cobalt

2. How many flutes for the cutter ? 4 flutes

3. Feed speed(cutting speed): for 3.175mm cutter, feed speed is 2000mm/min

4. Wall thickness:1mm
